About KPR

Kiddy Pink Radio manifested earlier in my music career. As an independent artist I faced the troubles of getting Dj’s to play my music and even after, I was left with the possibility of not making rotation because of payola. At the time it was discouraging! I was chasing my dream however I had no mentor or guidance, most people were either gatekeeping or cliqued up! Instead of waiting for someone or something like luck to present itself, I decided to take matters into my own hands.

My efforts started with going live online via facebook, instagram,etc. and just playing my music which later turned into playing other artists I knew or knew of as well!

Later I was picked up as a radio host for Tricoastal Radio Dfw where I had the opportunity to learn Radio production hands on. This experience opened a broader journey once I acknowledged my gift of gab, my ability to research, fact check and deliver local news as well as introduce new music, gaining respect for my EARS!

During the pandemic I was forced to put those skills to work at my own convenience due to quarantine! 5 years later (especially with the tiktok ban threat) I decided my platform and loyal supporters needed our own soil to build “HOME”! AND HERE WE ARE! Welcome to KiddyPinkRadio.com!!!!
